what to expect on your Hunting Safari
Your Safari Experience
After your arrival at O.R. Tambo, we’ll collect and transfer you to camp. Each day begins with a light breakfast before heading into the bush. Lunch is enjoyed at camp or in the field, and evenings end around the fire with dinner prepared by our in-house chef. Every location offers a unique stay and authentic nature experience.
Gear and Equipment
We provide access to a wide selection of professional hunting gear, including firearms (subject to permit requirements), ammunition, and field essentials. You are also welcome to bring your own equipment. Our team will assist with sighting, setup, and gear prep to ensure you’re ready in the field.
Species
Hunt a variety of plains and big game species, including kudu, impala, wildebeest, buffalo, and more. Each area is carefully managed for ethical, sustainable hunting. Species availability will vary by region and season, and your safari will be tailored to suit your goals and preferences.
